About This File

A medium wealth apartment building for 132 sims. It grows on a 3x2, 2x2 and a 2x3 lot. It is based on a building in Arnhem (the Netherlands) that I saw when I was cycling.

Released

This version has a slightly better brick texture. It is a little bit less saturated.

It's only a small change but it bothered me that it was too saturated.
