Two mid 19th century buildings scaled to fit SC4 grid. In the past, the yard buildings were for lower income, overcrowded and considered slums, nowadays there is little if anything $ about Central Stockholm, they are expensive mostly single bedroom apartments.
I made the 1x2 $, so that they grow first and get replaced with larger wealthier lots, while some remain in the gaps inbetween them.
