The character of this building is more Klara ( the area north of Gamla Stan - Old Stockholm ) than Vasastan ,dating from the 18th century, having 3.10 m ceilings, flashy shops on the ground floor, being on Drottninggatan ( the busiest pedestrian shopping street in the city ), but the size and appearance was great for sc4 and 16 m corner lots in the area are precious few. Two mid 19th century buildings scaled to fit SC4 grid. In the past, the yard buildings were for lower income, overcrowded and considered slums, nowadays there is little if anything $ about Central Stockholm, they are expensive mostly single bedroom apartments. I made the 1x2 $, so that they grow first and get replaced with larger wealthier lots, while some remain in the gaps inbetween them.
