About This File

At the intersection of 7th Avenue and 48th Street, this 12 story commercial building has
been a part of Times Square since 1921. It houses the restaurant TSQ Brasserie and Bar
and is home to many recording studios with a dance venue on the top floor.
Featuring its neighbors 167 and 165 West 48th street, this BAT is complete
with three total buildings and two giant billboards, making it a choice selection
for your busy W2W intersections.

There is an original version (much darker) and a Times Square Ambience lighting version for each of the following:

 - Maxis Night (SD)
 - Maxis Night (HD)
 - Dark  Night (SD)
 - Dark  Night (HD)

ONLY CHOOSE ONE FILE, having more than one of these files in your
plugins folder (at the same time) can cause it to not work correctly.

If you're not sure which one to download, choose the MN (SD) version.

Dependencies:
For Dark Night users:

Street light mod that I find works best with the Times Square Ambience version:

https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/27200-light-replacement-mod-lrm-v40-mega-pack/

Each file contains 3 different lots:
 - Landmark
 - Growable  CO$$
 - Ploppable CO$$

Keep or delete any of these 3 lots, but do not delete the .sc4model file.

Building Properties:
 - Wealth type: CO$$
 - Occupants: 368
 - Plop Cost: $11,308 (plop co$$) and $83,400 (static LM)
 - Lot Size: 1x2
 - Growth Stage: 7
 - Bulldoze cost: $809

Enjoy!

Released

The reported issue (by @Kel9509) has been fixed. It was a good old Immortal Lot Syndrome due to a tiny error in the building exemplar. The lots have been fixed.

Yesssss! It's finally out! Really excited to finally add this beauty to my city. Can't wait to find out what's next up your sleeve in terms of BAT projects. What a great early birthday present (still a couple weeks away)😎👍

The growable version of this lot has an error.  Whenever it grows, when I try to select a building NEXT to it, the selection instead goes to this building.  It's as if this building has an invisible footprint that extends to the rear or right side.  For instance, if this building grows along a street, and there is a building behind it (whether a growable building, or another building like a  hospital or police station), when you try to click on the building behind (like the hospital or police station) it will instead select 723 7th Avenue instead.  This makes it impossible to manage civic buildings next door to this one (unless you go into the budget overall and manage it that way).

I had a situation where this building grew right next to my Census Repository Vault building, and as a result I couldn't see the Census Repository Vault stats anymore.  I had to demolish the building to get it to work.  Later, the same situation happened in another city whereby it grew next to a hospital and I couldn't use the hospital slider to change the budget for the building.

I think there's an issue with the lot.  Hopefully it can be fixed.

Thanks for the report. A new version has been uploaded. The growable lot has been fixed the rest was checked out as well. It should work properly now.
