This is my attempt at rendering the famous Monte-Carlo Casino which is one of the main landmarks of the Principality of Monaco (my home town).
If you are planning on entertaining wealthy tourists in your city, you need a suitable casino !


This building is intended to be converted into a landmark using catty-cb and CorinaMarie's Landmark Converter and then be placed somewhere pretty. You can download the converter from Simtropolis :

4x4 tiles

  • Format: .bld
  • Intended zone type: Hotel / Commercial

Place into SimCity 3000 Unlimited/Buildings/ to install.

Are SC3000 custom buildings additional like in SC4 or do they replace existing ones?

Thank you for the kind compliments.
In SC3000, new buildings replace existing ones, however if you use the Landmark converter tool, you can add new buildings as additional monuments.
