No, please carefully look at the pictures and you will see that they are not.

Obviously those are standalone grow lots. You cannot have random lots with pipe hookup popping up allover your maps, it does not make sense.

If you want to create massive oil tank fields then you need to do so manually. All these props (most of them with pipe hookups) are also included in my ploppable DIY (Do It Yourself) set available at the link below. These are compatible with both SM2 Oil Pipeline Vol1 and SM2 Oil Pipeline Vol2.
