This looks great ... I like the more subtle tones and it will work well in a rural setting ... I will have to check if it grows but I think it will. Nice to have another lot builder here.

Where are the props available? Do you expect people to download every prop? A search for the filenames included in your readme reveals nothing. Nice lot, but more people might use it if you provided proper documentation or the props themselves in the download.

It is a good idea to download most of the prop packs as other lot makers use them.
