About This File

Nothing to see here, just another boring little building, this based off a small defunct business based in Los Angeles in the late 80's that was destroyed in a bizarre police chase.

Please disperse it as a middle piece on a small wall to wall block to make it fit in ideally. This was actually a corner lot but the building is wedge shaped and getting the dimensions for a 1x2 to fit the lot just didn't look right so I just expanded the front to fit the rest of the building.

Thank you for making it and sharing. Every lot adds up to help break up the repetitive pattern. Nothing worst then seeing the same buildings repeated over and over.

Great stuff. I know I can always count on liking your content. You are great at texturing your BATs So that they have that worn down feel. Fits in perfectly. Thank you for sharing!
