Another boring little building from the University district in Seattle, a corner apartment building (2x3 R$) with a pharmacy on the ground level.
The pharmacy is a Bartell Drugs which I integrated into the same fictional franchise as the pharmacy I made a few weeks ago, with the same neon sign. Tailored to be a wall to wall building that sits on a corner, with the old fire escape still hanging right on the front of the building. Hadn't worked on a building of this size yet, and a lot of the textures were not really what I wanted because Gmax was crashing constantly again, so I want to go back and tweak those at some point.
Also not sure why they named it 'The Avenue Apartments', neither street it corners is marked as an avenue...
