No, it's like your credit card is full so the money that can't go in the credit card would be just cash going down the drain and it can lead to losing more money so you need to lose and gain money at the same time so that nothing goes out of the maximum number.

 

 

When I try placing it the cost is in red and it will not allow me to place it, any ideas why? I am in debt in the game, could that be the problem?

You need to move your mouse out of the city area and try place it again. It helps for so many people and if this doesn't work,then try to send a message to the creator of this money park.

Could just bring up the cheat menu and type "Moolah 1000000" change the number to how much in game money you want.

Holy cow, THIS was the mod that I had as a kid that I thought was base game. I finally found it after all these years.

Ummm. Remember where you place this. When you cross the Trillion mark, the payout balance becomes a negative balance every month. Then the game ends, when the council runs you outta town.
