This Vertiport is acturally a Car & Passenger Ferry but can be plopped in the sea. 
it will provide (§ 2000 §§ 152 §§§ 17) civic Jobs and also directly increase the demand for RCI

This is another futurist Lot i made inspired by Terring's CJ. 
Terring just keeps encouraging me with his continuous ideas, When i ran into troubles with modeling and Lotting,
Jason and Alejo and Barton helped me to solve them with their knowledge and precious experience. CoriBoom supports

NOTE ABOUT DARK NITE vs MAXIS NITE:

This Lot is designed for Maxis Night (SD).


DEPENDENCIES:
-------------
To have a functional port in the sea, You need NAM's FLUPs to connect this Vertiport from land to sea.


INSTALLATION:
-------------
To install, simply unzip the Vertiport folder into your Plugins folder. It will then be found in your Water Transportation menu.

For connecting this port to your city more easier, I modified vanilla Terrain exemplar which could make your sea transparent, 
Make sure it (z_____Build Vertiport Terrain Exemplar) will be loaded after your Terrain Mod. You don't need it after the connecting work.

I made a simple instruction within the download link about how to use it, If you have any problems, please post your issue in my thread.

Hello @Raymond7cn,

Great looking mod, I can't wait to use it. I was just wondering about the passenger capacity. Your post above reads 5000 (good number btw) but as I was poking around with SC4 Data Node I came across this (photo attached) and had a question. In Data Node is Transit Switch Traffic Capacity, reading 3000, the same as the in game capacity? To me they could be, with my limited knowledge, but then two numbers match, so I don't know. I'm new to this and was wondering? Any help is appreciated.

Ah, Thank you @Kloudkicker, I will go to check it later(kind of busy right now), Sorry that if there is some mistake, I dimly remember that i didn't change the Transit Switch Traffic Capacity and just keep it as default, I may don't want to set the Transit Switch Traffic Capacity before knowing what happens, But it may become to a bottle neck with NAM, Anyway, Whatever i make it clear with a new thread, i will @you there. Thank you!:}

This is a beautiful master piece but only problem I have is...... I cannot connect it even using NAM. Saw your instruction and tried but just can't...

Hiya @Coolioassss, Sorry for the late reply, May i know more details about your issue, For instance, can you connect Lots through out water with NAM's FLUPs, and maybe this post by @Ro-Bo would be helpful, Thank you!:}

Thanks heaps for your swift reply. I am not sure why but I cannot connect underground road from Veriport.....I dont know where to connect road from veriport. Anyway, I'll read through your suggested post and thanks heaps for this link too!
