Pretty cool strip mall. I like that row of small shops. More of those would be welcomed ;) 
Little side note: The link for the RR Megaprops vol. 2 doesn't work. Actually there is no link for it.

Love it, thanks for making the buildings footprint almost exactly a 2x6. Should be way easier to re-lot for W2W scenario. Cheers.
