A small tropical fruit market built in the 1950s. I don't know much about this building except that it used to exist in Miami Beach, FL. I can't find it on Google Maps, but if anyone knows where it is, let me know.

Changed the lot type from a vanilla landmark to a ploppable $ commercial building with 75 jobs.
