Total Wine & More is a privately-held American adult beverage retailer. It is based out of North Bethesda, Maryland. As of 2018, they operate 193 stores in 23 states. Each of their stores carries thousands of different wines, spirits and beers, as well as other products. Many locations also do events such as tastings on weekends. Stores are typically in the range of 20,000 to 50,000 square feet in size.
Special thanks to @pclark06 for making the 5x6 lot and the roadside sign. The building can be found toward the top of your Landmarks menu. Plop cost is $1,000. The building nets your City $1 per month in "sales tax" and "adult beverage tax" revenue. There is one .dat file in the zip folder. Copy it to your Plugins folder for "best" results otherwise you'll get no results at all.
