This is my first Lot I have uploaded to the STEX. I made the Stats realistic since I am a realistic gamer and like to keep it that way. I just doubled the water, power, Garbage and some other things took out all the radiation and made the Capacity higher. The building also boasts Industrial demand. It allows you to connect three rails that run through the entire lot so your Freight trains can drive right through it on three tracks. Enjoy!
