The Cobb Atlantic:
A large, high wealth residential tower housing 5155 sims.
The Cobb Atlantic is designed in the style of the many towers
lining the Florida Atlantic coast. Sims who live in the
Cobb Atlantic have stunning views of the city from their own
apartments, or from the rooftop recreation area.
You must zone for 5x5 high density residential, and also have
sufficient high wealth demand, in order to grow the Cobb Atlantic.
Thanks to the many contributors in the BAT open discussion who made extremely helpful suggestions throughout the creation of this building.
[note: Originally intended as R$$, I tested it all day and it would not
grow, perhaps too large? The R$$$ version grew in 30 seconds.]
