About This File
The Original green apartment building got good reviews, so i have decided to release the red and blue versions of the building to add more spice to the building. You may now pick the ones you want!
Also, something i realized when i made the green one, the 3 lots not only made the building appear more in-game, but it spread like a disease, so i turned those 2 extra lots into what are now the red and blue versions.
This apartment building sits on a lively 1x3 lot, and is ready to grow in a Medium Density residential zone. It is stage 5 low wealth, and will build with most other apartment buildings of the same size (you know, the ones you see ALL the time when you first zone Medium Residential).
Included in the zip are:
3 SC4MODEL files (one for each building)
3 SC4DESC files (one for each building)
3 SC4LOT files (one for each building)
The building files are separated into 3 more folders so you know what you are putting into your plugins folder. I hope the new color choices makes it stand out much less in the game (I know, green was too bright) and fit better on the building itself. Enjoy!
