Octafed Apartments Full Set 1.0

In case nobody noticed: OCTAFED is DEFACTO backwards, so that's how it got the name. ^_^

Yes, Epp, I do believe that was an oxymoron. Nevertheless, I must congratulate you, sk8zim, on this accomplishment. Not enough BATters make building sets like this, IMHO. 10/10

cool, but could you use textures and not colors? also the red and blue would look better (IMO) less saturated. and could u do something about thoes cars? unless they got there by crane... maybe a cafe would look better in the back?

No, i did not use textures, the colors was all part of the look. I was going to do brick but it didn't fit in well with the white trim.

Also, with the fence and the cars deal, look at most other apartment buildings in SimCity, they have the exact same thing, an enclosed fence with cars somehow in the lot. It wasn't my idea.

Very nice. I like the Red one the best because it looks like brick; those other ones seem a bit unrealistic. 10
