This is a Miami style commercial landmark based off the Skyrise Miami designed by Arquitectonica Architecture.

The file contains:

  1.  A landmark version
  2.  A ploppable version high wealth commercial services  (Cs$$$ 5000)

You will find it in the landmarks menu

Unfortunately no nightlighting because I can't get the darknite mod to work on my system (maybe someone can offer me help on how to get it to work. I would really appreciate it!)

Looks very nice, and too bad for the nightlighting (I thought that came with the bat making process, though ?). And : Is it Grow and Landmark or Plop and Landmark as described in the upload text? (the files inside the zip are marked respectively Grow and LM)
