Oooh, it's even cuter than I thought at the first glance! I thought the adjacent building in the primary STEX screenshot also belonged to it, but it doesn't. Turns out it's a lovely 1x2 lowrise commercial, something we can never have enough of given the typically huge demand for CS$$ and the poor variation Maxis gave us. This should help to break up the monotony, and since it comes with your signature quality, getting this one is really a no-brainer.

Always great to see new uploads from you, and this one is no exception. Thank you for sharing!
