Actually its a nice building. You may not know how to make it grow or light it, but someone else does and can. Suggestions: bluer glass, Darker Tan "granite" "reddish" Copper roof - OR - Green Patina (Statue of Liberty Green). Try that mix of colour - I bet the result will startle you ;) A 9 BTW

Thanks for the suggestions everyone! I have implemented some of them already and will be improving the night-lighting with some help from jtportland. Keep your eyes peeled for a new version of the building soon!

Wow!!! Super building! It looks very very giant!

The glass facade looks very very good in daytime, i would say better than most of Maxis glass buildings! But the masonry half is kind of dull if you ask me.

When you figure out how to make it growable, I'll download. Sorry, but I just don't see the point of Ploppable RCI. It looks beautiful though....

Geoff I like your work very much, but I will give this only a 9, I think you can do better on "minute" details. I am sure you can do , if you have pacience. I still want to congratulate you, it is better than lots of my works.

To make it growable all you do is change an existing growable lot either Commerical or Residential and make lot as normal on that existing lot. Sometimes you need to make the BAT a prop and just use an existing building underneath to get the properties.

I love the shapes on this build, but its lacking in detail. A few spotlights against the walls would have been great and gone well with the night textures

Nice design! Also, you should try adding more night windows next time, but the shapes are interesting.

People seem to want a lot of details, but for people with an average computer, less means more! The style reminds me of your last building, and I like that...sorta makes it look like the same company built 2 buildings. Oh, and am I wrong...ploppable is not the same as landmark? (cont.)

Ploppable buildings still provide jobs or residents, unlike a landmark, right? By the way, maybe I am missing it, but is this a res. or com. building?
