what the hell is it with this community and roof junk?!?!?! Even when a real life building that is batted that has no "roof junk", people still ask for "roof junk". Not every building has a bloody air conditioner or pipes exiting from the roof!! And as for balcony junk...

con'td: maybe nobody had "moved in yet" when this model was completed. as for the buidling... it's better than I'll ever do, so great job geof!!

Growable version would be cool...

Please make a growable and plopable R$$$ or C$$$ version of this. Preferably R$$$ since those balcony type things and the roof pool look more residential. Looks like it could hold a good 3000-4000 ppl too

Awesome design! Looks very well! Make it growable, add some more details, especially on the roof,and this will become one of the best buildings on the BAT! And since this is a RES building, more windows should be lit up at night.

Besides needing some more details, this is very original as design. I like it a lot! Excellent BAT.

The pool is a little bland but other then that it looks good.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I'm having some discussions with people concerning how to improve the nightlighting. I played with it for several hours to no avail. Everything just looked hoakie. At any rate, if I get it figured out, I'll update the lot.

I hope you see this comment...I think this building is very very very good... The only things I would do (if I had any idea how to) would be this: maybe some flora near the pool on the roof, perhaps some night lights around the pool. Great building!

This is one beautiful building, the lines arse simple yet effective. i could imagine several developers jumping to build this, great looking structure
