About This File

This was just an experiment of mine with Mexican "block" style architecture. It is a growable R$$$ time-share resort hotel, with 200 Sim capacity (300 for R$$, 450 for R$). The building is a stage 1 lot; if you want it to develop in a specific place, e.g. the seashore, simply zone low density. As you can see, I had no clue what to put on the roof that would still "fit", so I just plopped some random props - suggestions will be welcome.

Actually, the skylight looks nice on the roof. Only change I'd suggest is: use only one sattelite dish. A building that small doesn't need four of them. 9/10

Wow very cool building. I love this futuristic type of architecture. Make more buildings like this. Great Job. I give it a 10.

Very Interesting addition. This is the first building I have seen in this distinctive style in SC. Thank you!

Seeing its size and its number of residents, it should be a medium-density building. But it appears in my low-density areas, and causes some problems since it generates lots of trafic on the streets that were build for small houses.

cool, i like the style, but since its a hotel shouldn't it be a commercial. Suggestion for roof-since the building is for a sunny place try to put solar panels that heat water. it could save power for the city.
