This is in excellent BAT. Sadly from the picture you can't see how nicely the looading ramps are done. I hope @T Wrecks takes care of this soon as this looks very versatile and in conjunction with other industrial stuff, even on a harbour lot with containers etc.,  should be great addition to the game.  

This beauty needs a better lot. You did a great job on the bat. One of the best warehouse complex on the STEX. Imho.
