When I downloaded this building from Building Exchange, the original had poor walls and too greyish on the facade so I added custom details from Pink Tulip Free China  and a French detail designer that made Techno Center.
Now it can be an attractive landmark if you have Landmark Converter. if not replace it on a high land value dense commercial building.
