About This File

Citigroup Centre is a building complex in London. It houses Citigroup's EMEA headquarters and is located in Canary Wharf in the city's Docklands. 25 Canada Square, or Citigroup Centre 2, stands at 656 ft and, alongside HSBC Tower (with which it was built in tandem), is the joint 2nd-tallest building in the United Kingdom behind One Canada Square. Designed by César Pelli & Associates, construction of the 45-storey tower began in 1998 and was completed in 2001, with Citigroup leasing the building from the outset. The building was bought by RBS in 2004 along with 5 Canada Square (leased to Bank of America) for $1.12 billion.

This would've looked decent on Google Maps but low-poly SketchUp conversions (well, low poly anything) just doesn't cut it for SC4, especially since it's 2016. Your lot is in need of some serious work as well.

I highly, highly recommend you visit the BAT tutorials and post in the forums if you're interested in creating buildings for SC4. There will definitely be people ready to help you out there.

At first, the model it's not a bad work for a beginner, but I think you should use better textures for making your building look better. Also, try to put some props in the LOT for adding realism, maybe you should do some research in Street View for making it  more accurate. If you have a problem identifying the props in your lots, I believe the Reader says which dependencies have the lots you enter on it. And as kingofsimcity said, doing some search can always help. Practice makes perfect!

Good luck with your next creations! :D
