About This File

Citigroup Centre is a building complex in London. It houses Citigroup's EMEA headquarters and is located in Canary Wharf in the city's Docklands. 25 Canada Square, or Citigroup Centre 2, stands at 656 ft and, alongside HSBC Tower (with which it was built in tandem), is the joint 2nd-tallest building in the United Kingdom behind One Canada Square. Designed by César Pelli & Associates, construction of the 45-storey tower began in 1998 and was completed in 2001, with Citigroup leasing the building from the outset. The building was bought by RBS in 2004 along with 5 Canada Square (leased to Bank of America) for $1.12 billion.

Some technical issues:
1.  The one prop needing an external dependency (as referenced by it's IID in your lot exemplar) is not found in bldgprop_vol1.dat.  It is only found in Plugin_RCI_Buildings_Prop_Modd.dat (as referenced in the LD sub-file for the lot), which is almost impossible to find anymore and therefore is not usually used as a dependency for current lots.  The actual prop you are using is included in bldgprop_vol1.dat, but its IID has changed.  Recommend you determine the new IID and change the reference in your lot exemplar to reflect this.

2.  With only the listed dependency loaded in Plugins, SC4DataNode shows missing FSH (texture) files.  With my usual suite of props and textures installed, SC4DataNode shows BSC Textures Vol 01.dat, BSC Textures Vol 02.dat, and Cerulean_Textures_V101v5.dat being used.  These files should be added to your dependencies list.

3.  People can get a little testy if they have to move away from established SC4 forums to get their dependencies, mainly a trust issue.  They are more likely to trust a file from an established forum vs. a file that has been uploaded by persons unknown, to some file-sharing site.  I'm not saying that the file at the end of your link is bad, just saying what most people are more likely to trust.  FYI, bldgprop_vol1.dat and bldgprop_vol2.dat can be found here:   https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?page=9.  Recommend using this link in the future.
