This pack contains beach lots and bike paths made of copacabana sidewalk. They work similar to plaza in game, their properties depends how long is the lot.
These lots have been created for the Rio 2016 Project.
Installation Instructions:
Unzip the file and move its contents to Documents/SimCity4/Plugins
