It's a great idea.

I think that the building has a nice look.i like the tower...it stands out...white and skweaky clean just what a hospital should be

its a good start although i think your stats are out to lunch. But for just starting to learn the tools this is pretty darn good visualy... better than i could do prolly.

Just DL'd so don't know yet if it works, but love the way it looks. Please don't change the white or the aqua; that's what gives it that special feel. Would be great to have just the tower though; the other stuff doesn't belong with this beauty. Will look fabulous in futuristic/fantasy cities.

Very neat looking idea - getting any hospital or medical center to cover a city is a pain. I think you have a nice building here, 35k is a bit unrealistic though.
