  1. Wich games do simcity lovers play?

I have played a lot of games but these are the ones i would like to mention Metal Gear 1 and 2 (either the PS2 ports or the original MSX versions not the NES ports) Metal Gear Solid 1, 2, 3 and Portable Ops (hopefully MGS4 too) Half Life 1 and 2 Half life 2 Episode 1 Half life 2 Episode 2 (Episode 3 when its made too) Half life 2 Deathmatch Gmod 9 Portal Team Fortress 2 Command and Conquer (all of them not going to list them all) Need for Speed Most Wanted Need for Speed Carbon Sim City 4 Mafia (maybe Mafia 2 if its going to be good or even made) Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion Gran Turismo 1 - 4 (hopefully 5 too) The Movies and the Stunts Expansion Pack Star Trek Bridge Comander (the only decent Trek game in my opinion especially with all the mods)
  2. Half Life 2 Error

Well what are your PC specs and your Operating system? I don't think its the sutter bug as that had been fixed a long time ago i believe. You could try re-installing steam and then the Orange Box as that may be the issue but its hard to tell without your PC specs
  3. most time spent in one day on a video game

About 6 hours once playing mafia that game is still suprisingly addictive even when it was made in 2002
  4. What Music are you listening to right now?

i'm now listening to some Dire Straits - Private investingations and next on my playlist is Feeder - Decend I like most Rock, Indie and Alternative music but always open to something new
  5. Graduation 2007

I've finished secondary school, i only go to school now for exams and all i have left are 4 GCSE exams and its all over. Then i'm off to college in september to study engineering and computing
  6. What Do you do to help prevent global warming ?

Energy saving bulbs in the rooms that have the light on most of the time like my bathroom also setting the dishwasher at a lower temperature, showers instead of baths, Turing off the TV not on standby, different power options on my PC, there are many things you can do and nearly all of them require no effort at all
  7. Windows Vista

I have Vista Home Premium with my new pc and have had no problems with it at all. The only gripe i have is my Nvidia drivers they are not 100% reliable with my 7300 and i should have had more than 1Gb of ram fitted Apart from that its a good OS but unless your building a very powerful rig or are getting a new PC i would stick with XP for now
  8. Computer setup

My new Dell Dimension E521 that replaced my 7 year old PC that can't boot up anymore AMD Athlon 64x2 5000 (2.6GHz) 1024MB RAM (hoping to buy an extra 2GB soon) 250GB Hard Drive Nvidia Geforce 7300LE 128MB (plan to get an 8600GTS when i get around to it) Integrated 7.1 High Definition Audio Dell 20 inch widescreen monitor running at 1680x1050 resolution Dell keyboard, mouse and speakers Windows Vista Home Premium Not a bad machine but it does lack in RAM as vista can run slow at times, it could also be down to my Graphics card aswell thats why i'm after an 8600GTS as that is the biggest card the motherboard and case can fit otherwise a good machine
  9. 2008 Movies

I tend to find that sequals aren't always as good as the originals but i think some of these will be good
  10. I'm getting a new computer

I recently got a new machine, a Dell Dimension E521 with Vista Home Premium and it runs without any problems and it is fully backwards compatible with nearly all of my games and programs. You can get a very good computer with that amount of money, but if you building one be carefull for hardware compatiblity with Vista as that it is the reason why people have problems with it, most problems are the RAM and graphic cards. For Vista Home Premium you will need at least an Nvidia Geforce 7300 and 1024Mb of RAM for decent performance otherwise settle with XP (Amazon or ebay are bound to have a copy) An AMD dual core would be best as my PC has an AMD64x2 5000 (2.6GHz) and it runs programs very well under load As for hard drives 250Gb is a decent amount to have (depending what you will use it for) good luck and when you've built or bought it tell us how it runs
