This Dutch TV Studio is part of my set of Dutch Reward Lots that replace the Maxis Rewards. It has exactly the same stats.
The original lot was a bit too bare in my opinion. So I extended the lot to 5x5 and gave it some park atmosphere, a good entrance area and a plausible service area at the back. Nothing fancy, but I thought it is a nice improvement. I hope you like it too.
I added a landmark lot without jobs, more or less in order to continue the tradition. I named it after the woman who was the face of Dutch TV for more than, I estimate, three decades: Mies Bouwman. Life would have not been the same without her in the 60's, 70's and 80's. I don’t know if anyone would need a second TV studio in their cities. So if you don't want it, just delete the according lot file.
