This Dutch Radio Station is part of my set of Dutch Reward Lots that replace the Maxis Rewards. It has exactly the same stats as the original.
The original lot is quite bare and functional. In fact there was not really anything that I could improve, so in order to give it a Dutch atmosphere I added a small park area with Dutch park benches.
For tradition's sake I added a landmark lot without jobs. I named it after Frits Spits, one of the most famous and most appreciated Dutch radio makers. Of course there are many others, who are good enough to have a radio station named after them. If you want you can change the name after having plopped it in your city.
If you do not want one of these lots you can delete the RW lot or the LM lot.
