Thats a great bulding. I like the design and the windows. You could try randomizing the windows that light up at night but otherwise very good job.

It's pretty good. I live in Cleveland and i have to say its a great model but it seems to wide/or not tall enough. keep up the good work.

It is not my usual habit to d/l plops with no jobs, which is why I didn't give this a 5.. But this is very nice-looking, and with the city I am creating, it's not really a huge deal if this one building provides no jobs. I will use this as part of a larger complex, and pretend it is being used as a secondary building.
