I believe this mod will work online, but I'm not sure.

Personally, this should have multiple versions, where the road when upgraded it goes to either low density always, medium density always, or high density always, and on the high density road upgrade menu, there should be the option of the medium density avenue, and vice versa.

yea..it's awesome mod, and i hope he will update it, i can't downgrade with high density street car, and it's look funny with the birdge..

The buildings don't demolish, they stay put. Avenues don't seem to have the ability to downgrade. I tried the mod last night, but forgot to grab screen shots.

Excellent idea! However, could you create a standalone mod that instead of changing the traditional upgrades, all it does is upgrade a high-density street to a medium density avenue and visa versa? I would personally find that mod to be the most useful in relation to my playing style of SimCity.

 

Also, is this mod compatible with the Car Crossover mod?

why dont u just make it so the high density street can upgrade to a medium avenue? The way you have it seems complicated

Well my observation of this subject would be to just leave the low density road/street upgrade options the same so that they upgrade to the medium density streets and have the medium density street then upgrade to a medium density avenue and the high density street upgrades to a high density avenue. So in otherwords it would work like the following,

 

Low density dirt road upgrades to low desnity street which then can upgrade to medium density street as it currently works now

Medium density street upgrades to medium density avenue OR high density street

High density street upgrades to high density avenue

 

I think this would be more effective way to go about upgrading our roads/streets.

For the time being i will skip this mod until its more like the above suggestion.
