I agree with hamp206. Lots with too many buildings look bad too me. I give you a 3 for trying. What about the jobs, wealth,ect.

Its ok but its kinda mediocre because its just a combination of buildings maxis already created thrown on a grassy lot. Two Thumbs Up.
