  1. The ability to actually have a positive budget, happy citizens and functioning economy at the same time in a 70% difficulty city too. To decrease the monthly coast of theese 50000, 30000 etc. buildings (like theese institute of...), those are just unrealistically high. And the possibility to build more of those.

    AMAZING ONE! I heard that they planned the hole in it round, but because politicians thought it would resemble Japan, China's archenemy in everything the engineers replanned it to a square shape.
