This is a reskin Dutch BBA Bus by w_swietwoot (https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/23187-dutch-bba-bus/).

 

Ceres Tours is a provincial bus operator in the Philippines known for their large fleet of yellow buses.

Don Mariano Transit has an extensive fleet of red buses that service passengers in Metro Manila. Unfortunately, this line is known for its so-called "killer buses."

 

Extract the file to your SimCity 4 plugin folder.
