My first LOT I have released to the STEX. The lot is high wealth and contains the sandstone base texture as seen in the screen shot. This lot was created to be used as a 1 tile median between roads or anywhere else you may like. The lot will use base texture overrides as used in some sidewalk mods such as JRJ as pictures below or Paeng's sidewalk mods. This only works if the mod includes updated base textures for lots.
The lot consumes no power produces no pollution and costs $5/mo maintenance.
No Dependencies
To install extract the folder to your SimCity 4 plugins directory and the lot is found in the parks menu by the name of Sandstone Median Divider.
