Hello everyone!
Today, I come to you with something that has been in need for a long time now, but that few people do.
If you know of Kevdan25 and his amazing American restaurants, then you'll most likely notice that the lots of said buildings are... well, quite old. Most of the props used in those lots are vanilla props, which comes as no surprise, given the time at which the restaurants were released.
And so, I embarked myself on this project, to release a more modern and attractive approach to the lots of these buildings, which are pretty good themselves, so you feel better using them in your cities.
All the buildings have custom .sc4desc and .sc4lot files, and all of them are in the range of 50-60 jobs, either CS$ or CS$$. All of them are growable only.
The lots range from 3x3 to 4x4, having one for each of the restaurants, except Chilli's, which has two lots for the sake of variety.

Yes, that's it. Only three dependencies, but, you also will need to download the models of the buildings if you don't already have them, since I do not have permission to upload any of his models, either buildings or the included props. To do that, click the link below:
