If you are not a victim of Origin(EA)'s scam, Plugins go to <you>/Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins after unpacking.

 

Won't be using this, as I have a small police station (1 x 1) that does a better job.

Could you mod the medical clinic and the small fire station the same way?

Perhaps you could make the heli ploppable on jail cells?

Would you be able to do the same with the small fire station too? Apparently 3 fire stations maxed doesnt do the job for my city. Thanks for the police chopper though, works and is helpful.
