Is any one else getting roll backs? I started a new region in sandbox to play with v.95 and I laid out a few roads inside. Then went outside and put down a few roads and my power building. When I restarted the city later in day, I started getting rollback. It happens within 3-5 minutes of playing. In another region I have one city that will not load and another that sometimes does not load or rolls back, This region I started on v.94 but the problems started when I started using v.95 I have tried removing v.95 and still have rollbacks. -

My Sims are thirsty! Water resource issues
David S posted a topic in SimCity (2013) General Discussion
Not sure if there is another thread about this. How do I address water shortages? Any other ideas? How are cities supporting 600k populations? I have read about plopping sewage next to my water supply...eeewww! I know they are just Sims but...poopy water? I read that rain replenishes the water table; is there any truth to that because I have not noticed. I just hate plopping water towers everywhere in addition to my water plants. That messes with the esthetics of my city. Buying from another city does not seem to help much either. I still have building with no water. Wish list: Great Works: Sea Water Desalination plant or just a plopable one? -
@thaprofessor33 First you need to extract the ".rar". Being a fellow newbie I was like..huh? I used 7-Zip (I am running Windows7-64bit) to extract it (it contains 8 files) then as (Felgard corrected me in another thread) use the **.package of the streets you want to crossover. If you want crossover for all your streets only use the "All roads.package" only. Place in Origin Games/SimCity/SimCityData folder. Hopefully that helps. Edit: If I explained this wrong someone please tell me.

I am having trouble getting SCTweak to open. I get a .NET Framework Initialization error? and need "To run this application, you must first install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework v4.0.30319" ?? Huh? I know it is written in English, but I have no idea what that means or what I am suppose to do. I could probably use some very basic help. Thanks. Edit: I have originally another topic here by accident. But then I realized SCTweak would not work for me so I edited the post.

I increased my resolution to 1440x900 and everything looks find except that I still do not have the landmark menu. I uninstalled and reinstall SC with no change in the BOC menu. No other problems at this time . Great work on all this thank you again. I look forward to you next update.
