Hello Simtropolis. *:)

The Simmania BAT Team is here with another project.

This is Ceafus' Car Repairs/Auto Parts Store. It is a small shop used to help your sims when they have car troubles, need a tire change, and oil change, have a loose wheel, need a tire balance, anything, we got it covered. Conveniently, we have the Auto Parts store, so if your sims need some oil, chains, a ladder, dolly cart, or anything of that nature, you can guarantee we have it. The repair side of things shuts down earlier than the parts side, that is why the door is closed at night. The parts side stays open well into the night so that your sims can come in, even if it is later at night. *:)

Installation:
Extract the .Zip to: C:\Users\(Your User)\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\

Stats:
This building is on a Growable 2x2 lot.
Has 17 C$$ Jobs Available.
Requires little water/power compared to bigger buildings.

What a lovely little bat! I would suggest using HD car and tree props but that can be fixed and I suppose your approach keeps the dependency complainers at bay :D  Thanks and 5/5!

Would be cool if it Came with a business van and a tow truck! Keep up the Good work though!

I have several locations in Peyton Place - Stepford Island!   CEFAS shops have kept my vehicles in tip top shape! I wonder if they are plannimg a Wrecker Service expansion!?!!
