These tall modern futuristic apartments will be perfect habitations for your downtown's business-minded population. They are made of a nanotech derived concrete/carbon semi-organic hybrid compound designed to last decades or even centuries. Designed by Hdorriker, now the Kohdat houses come is many floors too. Unlike Huston's set, these ones are growable R$$ at stage 5 in all styles. These are more for futuristic cities so they are not for everyone. Additionally, they come with garages. The garage at the lower level is for hydrogen cars and the above garages are for flying cars. They are size 2x2.
