HELLO today I have created a MAP OF THE IMAGINATION WAS DE GREE IN PHOTOSHOP AND PAST IN THE SC4TERRAFORMET FOR ONE CHANGES THEN FORMAT SAVED IN SC4. I HAVE A LOT TO NOT ONLY WHO LIKE
1, first downloaded the files, one is the SC4 and the other is the config, then that what the Downloads decompresses.
2,You're going to the documents folder,simcity4,regions and create a folder you can put the name in that folder downsides the config ready.
3,Then you open the sc4 terraformet and open the folder that we created, then you will give in the part file and you choose the option to create new region will pop up a window where you can put any name that you want and configure the config to your liking then more to low you choose the file SC4 AND READY.
