Nice one indeed! There are not that many mid-rise hexagonal office towers on the STEX, so this one should be popular. I think you made a good choice, and you did a really good job on it. :)

I also like the "no dependencies" part and the thorough documentation. It really shows that you put some effort and thought into this one. :)

Some suggestions for further improvement:

The rooftop could use a tech penthouse instead of the roof access because I think that a building of this size would be required to have an elevator. The machinery for this elevator would probably be housed in a box-shaped penthouse on the roof. That would also add some more visual interest to the roof even if you don't clutter it up with vents etc. Some rails for a window washer gondola are another thing you can often add to a rooftop.

The parapet wall around the roof tip is a tadon the thick side. This often makes buildings look a bit clunky.

The ground you BATted in front of the building entrance might be a tad too bright (gmax really bleaches horizontal surfaces terribly when rendering!). This often makes it hard to achieve a virtually seamless integration of a BAT and its lot. If you don't need a ground plane for lights shining out from inside the building, the best option is often leaving it out altogether.

Finally, the window lattice disappears in some places at night.
Do you have a BAT thread? I'm asking because I think you are really talented and have lots of potential - with some suggestions and help from others, I'm sure you will get even better. In any case, I hope you'll keep 'em coming! :)

Well, it's your hobby, and it's supposed to be fun, so whatever floats your boat is fine, no worries. :) This is not work, and it's not supposed to feel like you're doing stuff because others tell you. It's just that whenever I see someone with potential, I can't seem to shut up... ^^

Well, T Wrecks has nearly won every BAT award we give out, so, uh... consider your work "liked" ;)

I simply not understand how can eat the building three times more power as landmark than CO$$$. Even if all light is turned on during whole night, it should not create this big power consumation. And, landmarks are closed during night like CO$$$ too.

However, it is a very good-looking and realistic building, and I absolute like it.

Hello! I also am a fan of this building, eventhough I am unable to get the lights going! Is there something I'm missing? It fits perfectly with the town- even better with lightbulbs! Thanks for making it and I hope I can get lights soon!
