That's a wonderful new facelift on your original attempt. I would have downloaded it, however, the scaling problem remains (that's way too small to house 3500 wealthy sims, comparable lot size for R$$$ bats are 4x4 or even larger), but I am sure you won't repeat the same error on your future uploads. A 5/5 for now.

It's awesome but like Kendie said before me, 3500 sims are just too many for that building. It could be around 1200 perhaps but really no more!

design-wise, it's an amazing improvement!

Thank you all. I'm glad that the time i spent was worth it. Sorry about the bad modding, I'll take more time on that on my next BAT. I basically just used the stats that plug-in manager decided it should have.

This is light years ahead of the last upload, and while it's not my cup of tea I have to admit it looks pretty darn nice [img]https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/5.gif[/img] the window textures in particular are very nice and realistic. It would be really nice to see nightlighting on them! Looking forward to what you come up with next [img]https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/1.gif[/img]
