The building is very nicely done and for that I give it a 5 star ratting. I don't think for Sim city purposes it makes a very good library because of it's size.

I think it would make a much better Mid Industry building or be better serving as a commercial building.

I actually think it'd make a great library, as most of the current ones aren't 'urban' enough. Good work, regards Yoshi.

I think the building is fine to be a library, although it may only take up a couple of the floors, and say the rest are offices... the building still serves a purpose in the game and earns its place.
