Nice BAT, but could you please remove the ML JPN Street SAM1 Prop from the download file because Moonlinght says that you did not ask for permission. You could link to a download place for that file though :)

Nice BAT, but the lotting needs work.. Why do the parking spaces face the building and are half underneath it? Things like that matter.
