Office Building with ice cream stall in front $$$ 1.0

the ICE CREAM STALL IS IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE BUILDING
which is good for the kids who come to drop their parents to the office
I even added some streetlights and a big signboard plus a garage

It is fine Yashovardhan. I think what the problem is, is that no one wants to upload another maxis lot. Take it from me with over 10GB of plugins, I literally stopped downloading lots if it doesn't have a special significance( ie. Highway Walls. I hope this helps when going back into the lot editor. Nice first try, I can't wait to see more.

For the cricket stadium. I would suggest if its a maxis BAT, Make the LOT with tons of details. (Use Google map, and try to replicate your favorite stadium.

Pretty cool dude.

Not a bad idea- However its distracting to look at- Sorry but its overwelming. Too much green thats the problem- Overall however 3/5 because of the originality.
