    This is a 2X2 Clinic rather than the 1X2 Clinic found in SimCity 4 Costs the same as the medical Clinic, has the same patient capacity and other properties but it has a fountain and a helipad in the Ground along with the lamp post and a german cop car in parking along with police officers at the entrance to escort the patients make it a perfect clinic!!! UPDATED!!! SEE CHANGES!!!
